And so it begins...

100 Days of Photography!

The 100 Day Project is for creatives (or really, anyone with a goal!) to work on something each day, for 100 days. The projects don't have to be elaborate or complicated, it is as simple as spending a few mintues every day on your goal. The project kicked off on February 23, and this is my first year participating. My goal is to either take a new photo everyday or edit something from my archive.

Week 1

The first week was mostly editing older shots because not only was the weather unfavorable, I was getting over a cold and did not want to get more sick. I actually posted a couple of videos where I recorded my screen as I edited - this was fun! Link below to my reel where I explained a little bit about my editing process.

Week 2

Currently wrapping up the second week - I've taken shots with my DSLR when the weather was more cooperative, and found some great shots in my archive to edit and share. Link below to one of my Instagram posts from the project.

Prints available!
As I shoot and edit, I'll be adding selected images to my online gallery. All images are available for purchase, including prints and magnets. Additionally, I'm offering 20% with the code 100DAY. The code is valid now through June!

Week 2 Highlight: Photo Walk
Photo walks are a great way for me to get my exercise in while I take photos. Normally I do this with just my phone (currently iPhone), but I'd like to practice street photography with my DSLR.
